They are followed closely Bridge Motors Mustangs, 21,PollitS, the Crawford Dodgers, 16 and the Stainton Spitfires, $. Rick Jacklin leads the scoring race with 28 goals. He is followed by Stan Stapleton, 19, Dave Golley, 17, Bob Johnston, 16, Blair Alton and Azny Spivey, laand Bill Brophy, Bill LeVan, Terry Walker and Jim English, all with 11 goals. In the final, game of the regular season played last week, Crawfords trounced Staintons 14-4. Leading the Crawford attack were Brophy and Steve Caslick with four goals apiece. Golley had three, Doug Purves, two and Alton had a single. Replying for Staintons were Bob Johnston with three and Tom Chester with one. In a close contest last week as well, Bridge Motors defeated the Advance -Times Newsboys 2-1. Marksmen for Bridges were Mike Cullen and Stapleton. Mike Stewart scored the lone Newsboy goal. Great China House PeeWees defeat Lucknow In PeeWee playoff action, Wing - ham Great China House PeeWees kept their winning ways by de- feating Lucknow 7-5. Scoring for Wingham were Danny MacPherson with two, Jeremy Brown, Chris Patterson, Jason Kleist, Shawn Gedcke and Peter Shaw. Assists went to Todd Harrison with two, Shawn Daw, Brown and Patrick Nelemans. In a game scheduled for Saturday afternoon, Ayton did not show, so the boys had a blue -white game which left them weary after non-stop ac- tion. PeeWee Comments: Thanks to George Patterson for all the time spent molding individual hockey players into a team. Jill Baynton had the high single of 119 for the girls and the high double of 228. Tyler Anger rolled the boys' high single of 114 and the high double of 220. JUNIOR BANTAMS The Peaches lead the league with 80 points, followed by the Plums, 68, the Grapes, 64, the Berries, 46, the Pears, 39 and the Apples, 33. Karrin Marks rolled the girls' high single of 193 and Evie Matz had the high dOuble of 305. D. J. MotrisOn rolled the boys' high single of 155 and the high double of 291. JUNIORS The Devils lead the league with 102 points, followed by the Floyds, 72; the Gutter Balls, 70; the Mega Pow- ers, 46. Jenny Remington rolled the high single of 160 for the girls'and the high triple of 423.
