Corporation of the Township of Turnberry
Notice of Road Closing
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Turnberry proposes to enact a bylaw to stop up,
close and convey the adjacent property owner that part of the
unopened road allowance in the Township of Tumbrry more
particularly described in Schedule "A" as follows:
All the unopened road allowance between Lots 5 and 6, in
Concesson 9, Township of Turnberry, County of Huron.
The Council of the Township of Turnberry will hear in per-
son any individual, counsel, solicitor or agent, who claims that
his land will be prejudicially affected at the hour of 9:00 p.m.
on February 21, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the Town-
ship of Tumberry in Bluevale.
