Howick continued to work hard
throughout the second period and
opened up a 44 lead, John Greig re-
corded his hat -trick when he scooped
up the puck at centre ice and raced
in alone on Dowler, beating him
cleanly,

Mustangs romped over Seaforth
Secondary School 15-0 in high school
hockey action Friday,
The Mustangs outclassed the Sea -
forth squad with about 50 shots on
goal to Seaforth's six. Every player
in the offensive line was credited
with at least one point, and even
Mustang goalie Mario Kotsanis who
recorded his first shutout in two
regular season games, was credited
with an assist.
Leaders in scoring were the. Mc-
Donald brothers, TOM and Ken, who
each recorded hat -tricks with Totn
adding- two assists and Ken one.
Jason Kraemer and Jason Bloem-
berg each had a goal and three
assists. Other Madill scores were
credited to Dean Whitfield with two,
Jeff McKee,Brad Crawford, Justin
Murray, ohn Greig and Rod
Cayley, who scored in the second
period on a penalty shot, Most of the
other Madill markers came either
on long -shots or goal -mouth
scrambles where the Madill
forwards capitalized on numerous
opportunities.
The Mustangs took five minor
penalties, a disappointment to team
officials as Esso Canada is reward-
ing minor hockey teams who play
clean,
Madill's regular Season record is
now even at one win and one loss.
