BROWNIES
The Brownje Club in Wingham meets twice a
week. Tuetday nights at 5:30 p.th. at thea. United
Church and Thursday nights at 5:30 p.m. at the
Presbyterian Church. The girls' ages are from 6 to
8 years. The Brownies take part in many activities
such as: crafts, games, working on their various
badges, hikes. and camping. For more information,
please call Marg Allison at 357-2626 or Lisa Gilles-
pie at 357-1600.
GIRL GUIDES
The Girl Guides are considered an older version
of the Brownie Club. The ages' of the girls are from
9 to 11 years. The Girl Guides meet every Thurs-
day at 5:30 p.m. at the Wingham United Church
where they do many crafts, activities and work on
their badges. The Girl Guides are also involved in
community work and do camping and hiking as

WINGHAM SCOUTING ASSOCIATION
Beavers - meet at the Presbyterian Church,
Wednesdays 7:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Cubs - meet at the Wingham Public School, Tues-
days, 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Scouts - meet at Sacred Heart School on
Wednesdays.
Venturers - Wingham Scout House on
Wednesdays.
Group Committee Chairman - Gerald Belanger.
Treasurer - Gordon Legget.
Dianne Thynne - Service Team.

The Wingham Library is located at 281 Edward
Street, Wingham. It is one Branch of the Huron
County Library, Goderich. It offers two pre-school
