month and is looking for new members.

The Wingham Kinsmen Club has been functional
in the Wingham community for 40 years. The Kins-
men Club is a community oriented organization.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITES
If you would like to gain valuable experience in
recreation or the social services, we would like to
hear from youl Volunteers are needed throughout
the community te, help plan and develop recreation
programs, work with seniors and the disabled,
serve as committee members, program leaders,
etc. We would like to see volunteers of all ages
becoming involved in the community.
So, if you have a special skill that you would like
to share, or if you simply have a little extra spare
time, would like to meet new people and become
involved in the community, please call the Recre-
ation Department Volunteer Line at 357-1208.

2. Registration will take , place Thescigy, January
10, at -12:00 noon - 7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, Jan-
uary 11, 1989 from 8:30 a.rn. - 4:30 p.m. and
Thursday, January 12, 8:30 a.m.. - 4:30 p.m. at,
the Recreation Office, .
3. Mail in registrations must be accompanied by
completed registration forms (included in this
brochure) and cheque or money order payable
to the Town of Wingham.
4. All registrations will 1?e accepted on a first come
-first served basis,
5. An individual may register for Conestoga Col-
lege courses by mail or in person at the Clinton
Continuing Education Office. They may also
register IN PERSON ONLY at the Wingham
Recreation Department from January 10th
January 12th at the times specified above. Alt
Conestoga College courses must be paid by
cheque or money order payable to: Conestoga
College.
6. Refund Policy:
(1) If the Recreation Department decides that a
course cannot be' given, the full amount of the
fee paid will be refunded.
(2) If an individual decides to withdraw, he/she
must notify the Recreation Department prior to
the commencement of the second scheduled
clast. ,Thelegistration fee less a $4.00 registra-
tion charge will be refunded.
(3) !Utah individual withdraws for »medicat rea-
sons, a written request accompanied by a note
from a medical doctor, must be submitted to the
Recreation Department for a full refund.
(4) All refunds for Conestoga College courses
will be done through Conestoga College.
7. Class »Cancellatlon
All recreation and Conestoga College evening
classes will .be automatically cancelled for all
public holidays, » and if schools are closed for
any reason, such as a snow day.
