Christmas. is "a -very special
season. We made Christmas
wreaths and Santas. We wrote
letters to Santa and we made
gingerbread cookies.
In Language we finished reading
the book"Here Come a Pig, a Frog
and a Mole". When we take our copy
home, listen to us read.

Grade 3-4 class started their
Australia Unit last week. We went
skating Friday. We also had a pot-
luck
otluck lunch on Friday. Our Christmas
Concert was Wednesday Dec. 14.

Mr.. Livermore's Grade 7 class
varnished their Christmas
ornaments that they made with Mrs.
Haslam. On Friday Dec. 16 we had a
party and afterward we went
skating. We also had a gift
- exchange.

In Mr. Raynard's class we had a
food hamper full of food for the
Salvation Army. We had a tree and
we put our Kris Kringle gifts under
it. We also decorated our door and
bulletin boards. We had pizza and a
party last Friday Dec. 16. School
closed at2 p.m. on Friday.
Our Christmas decorations (made
of dough) were painted and
varnished last week. We handed in a
book we wrote on Friday. Last
Wednesday we presented French
plays. for Miss Sanderson's and Mrs.
Baker's class. Merry Christmas to
everyone! .

On several occasions, a Japanese
teacher, Mr. Matsuoka, came to
teach us origami and one day last
week he presentedthe Juniors and
Intermediates with a slide
presentation.
The Christmas Concert was held
Dec. 14th. ft was presented- by the
