Ed is a regular on Polka Time on CKCO-TV and is always busy with performing and judging. Ed is not the only Gyurki who plays the violin. His daughter, Joanne, is a fiddler in her own right. Only 22 years old, she has already ' captured numerous awards, the most recent the Canadian Inter- mediate Champ at Shelburne. Joanne is currently enrolled in the' - Music program at the University of Western Ontario. • - Scott Woods, the third fiddler, is another Canadian, champ as he has won the novelty competition in Shel- burne for three 'years.
