Ecsedi exchanged marriage vows on
July.2 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian
Church. Rev. Johnston officiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Russell and Joyce Peckitt of
Waterloo and granddaughter of
George and Jean Marshall of
Wingham. The groom is the son of
Miklos and Judy Ecsedi, also of
Waterloo.
Tina Amorim, friend of the bride,
was matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were the bride's sisters, Terry
Peckitt and Trudy Peckitt and
Tammy Ecsedi, sister of the groom.
Fernando Amorim, friend of the
groom, was best man. Guests were
ushered by Wayne Schneider and
Rob Hughes, friends of the bride and
groom and Sean Ecsedi, cousin of
the groom. Christopher McNeish,
cousin of the bride, was ringhearer.
Following a honeymoon in the
Dominican Republic, they now
reside in Waterloo_

Thanksgiving Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs. Bill Mulvey at Belmore.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Sanderson
received a telephone call on
_ Thanksgiving weekend from Bill
Long, saying that his mother, Mrs.
Jean Cromie; had passed away in

salad and savory beef stew, With
chocolate cake for dessert. After,
they proceeded with their meeting ,
by opening with the 4-H Pledge. -
They judged pork chops and talked
about cured and smoked meats,
wieners and sausage. They closed
the meeting with the 4 -II Motto.
The next meeting will be held Oct.
20 at Emmy Winkel's home.
NEW ENTERPRISE
A new business was opened in
Wingham in August of 1932. The
Wingham Inn, a new tea room, was
M the building which. Dr. Calder
formerly used as an office. Mrs. H.
Sherbondy and Miss Grace Greer
were the proprietors. Meals, af-
ternoon tea and night lunches were
going to be served, a_iso they were
going to sellhonhemade baiting.
