Beef Farms, Wroxeter wOuld like to
say thank youto their friends, neigh-
bors, and even strangers Who so wil-
lingly came and helpedvith the re-
moval of machinery etc, on the eve-
ning of June 15 when their barns and
sheds etc. were lost due to fire. Also
for the donations of food and, coffee
which arrived during and after the
tragedy. A special thank you to the
volunteer firemen from Howick and
Wingham Fire Depts., who give of
their time to perform their job with
courage and total unselfish commit-
ment. "We need you guys, keep up
the good work". Finally, thank you
to John and Sharon for the pleasant
and relaxing evening but.
We would like to thank medical
staff, volunteers, Dr. Paul Ruther-
ford, relatives, friends and neigh-
bors as well as the companionship of
roommates for their many acts of
kindness while Pearl Mann was a
patient in hospital during the past
five months. Your thoughtfulness
and concern during our time of be-
reavement are also greatly apprec-
iated. Thanks to Rev. Cecil Wittich,
Jean Elliott, organist, our orchestra
friends, the pallbearers, Jack and
Marg Peebles, the UCW of Calvary
United Church, the many who visit-
ed with us, sent cards, flowers,
made dqnations and prepared food
for our homes. Each of you has been
a real source of strength during our
time of sorrow.

I would like to thank the ladies of
St. Andrews Church and other Wing -
ham friends who contributed to the
lovely gifts I received at the bridal
shower held in my honor at the home
of Mrs. Lorraine Clugston. It was
nice to be able to share some of my
happiness and excitement with those
who were able to attend. A special
thank you goes to Mrs. Merle Under-
wood, Mrs. Mary Campbell and Mrs.
Lorraine Clugston for organizing the
morning coffee shower. I will
treasure my gifts always.
