Wintario grants are awarded
Wintario recreation grants have
been awarded tO seven Huron
County communities, Jack, Riddell,
MPP for•Huron, announced recently
on behalf of Ontario Minister Of
Tourism and Recreation Hugh
O'Neil.
Under the provincial govern-
ment's New •Recreation Facility
• Capital - Grants, the Town of
Goderich will -receive $40,00o to
- construct squash courts adjacent to
dielcomintinitY centre. In addition,
the Exeter Lions Club will receive a
grant of $91,259 to construct a youth
centre for use by young people in
Exeter and other community
,organizations.

new drains and bottom floor to the
deep end of the Howick swimming
pool and install a new liner;
Tuckersmith Township:. $13,067
for new roofing and siding for the
Vanastra jtecreation Centre;
Township of Grey: $4,835 to
renovate the Cranbrook Hall to meet
• Fire Code regulations;
Stephen $5,429 to install
siding and roofing on the Dashwood
Community Centre and;
Town of Exeter: $38,325 for in-
sulation and metal cladding on the
outside of the South Huron
