The F, E. Madill Track and Field
team competed in the annual
Bluevale Relay Meet in Kitchener
last Saturday.
The "near zero" temperatures did
not seem to hamper the athletes as
they competed against runners,
jumpers and throwers from several and one 's•
other schools in the Kitchener and efforts
London areas.

The fifth meeting of the Fordwielt
1 4-H club was held April 18 at Aaron.`
Taylor's. The: meeting began with:.

taken„ Youth leader Shelly Lockie
showed the other members how to
keep their sleeping bags dry.

Themeeting continued andfi the
members discussed when the outing
would be and what each member
was to bring: butterscotch brownies,
cookies, juice, hot dogs.,or ham-
burgers. It was decided that the out-
ing will take place on May 14. '
The meeting closed with the 4-H.
