Walden, attended the second
monthly meeting of Morris Town-
ship Council recently to get approval
and Morris councillors had no ob-
jections to the proposal.
As Brian Walden explained, the
cable company has expanded into
many local communities in recent
years, including TeeSwater, Ford-
wich and Gorrie. This year it hopes
to introduce the service to Belgrave,
Point Clark and Inverhuron.
The company has been granted a
licence from the Canadian Radio
and. Television Commission to

In order to proceed, Mr. Walden
said the company needs a right-of-
way agreement vein the township.
The agreement would give the cable
company permission to string and
service its lines.
He also said the company is
looking for a suitable site lor its
satellite -equipment, preferably
somewhere central and. On high

running cable in June or July and
have the service -operational by
August.
