Topics being highlighted this year areas follows: Kindergarten — care and safety of wild and domesticate animals; Prilnary (Grades 1 10 3) — safety attitudes and general farm hazards and water safety around farm ponds, ditches and during spring break-up; Junior (Grades 4 and 5 — hazards of recreational activities and safety in operation of all -terrain vehicles; Intermediate (rural schools) — the human factor and machinery hazards.; Urban schools — the human factor and safety with lawnmowers, power tools and snowblowers, as well hazard; around large machinery. n The number of farm accidents in Ontario has declined steadily in repent years.
