_ Our fifth meeting was held at
Kathi Newell's house late last month
and we discussed setting up plans
for the future, as- well as cash flow
statements, financial emergencies
and planning for large expenditures.
During the second section of the
meeting, we disuessed: What is
credit? What credit is available and
from where? What are the types and
cost of credit? and How do you apply
for a loan?
'We also learned about our credit
rating and sortie information about
credit bureaus.
Legion euchre
A total of 16 tables were in play at
the shoot party last Monday evening

Howick started the attack early
and , never faltered. The lead after
one period was 4-0 and by the end of
the second, Howick increased its
lead to 14-1. Only four goals were
recorded in the third frame, with
Howick outscoring Grand Valley bY
a 3-1 margin.
Other goal scorers for Howick
were: Steve Gibson and Rob Van
Den Broek, hat tricks ; Cbris
Reichard, two and Donald ?Aver -
more, John Greig, Jaret flenhoeffer
and Jason Jacobson eachhad One,
Since there were many excellent
passing plays, a great number of
assists were given. Gibson and
Reichard led the playmaking with
five -assist performances. They were
closely followed by Henhoeffer,
Weber and Craig King with four
each. Livermore and Jason Douglas
each set up thrle goals, while two
assists were given to Greig and Van
Den Broek,
Mark Fraser in the Howick net
was beaten on two occasions to spoil
his shutout.
