Correction In last week's account of the World Day of Prayer service, it was erroneously reported that Mrs.. Robert Skinn and Mrs. 'Jean McDonald were the two participants from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Actually, it was Mrs. Helen Houghton assisting Mrs. Skirm, Mrs. McDonald was a member of the choir. Our apologies to both ladies for this error. GORRIE—On March 8, the Come Alive Club was privileged to have as guests nine students from Howick Central School who came to deliver their speeches. Alvin Mundell presided for the program. The various subjects and the moods- they projected — imaginative, informative or amusing, sometimes a blend of all three — were forcefully delivered and constituted excellent en- tertainwnt. Several musical selectiolis were also part of the program.—, a piano duet by Mrs. Velma Mann and Mrs, Alvin Mundell; a„ medley of zsongs played by Mrs. Wilbur Hogg and a singsong of Irish songs led by Mrs. Mundell and accompanied by Mrs. Hogg. On behalf of the club, Mrs. Mel Taylor presented each speaker with a small token of appreciation. When all had assembled at the table, Rev. Don.
