Cissioner BiJ Harris said he
felt the Hanover system has helped
its own financial situation "and
ours, too, by doing something to
create revenue." The Hanover
system serves 11 agencies, while the
Goderich system only serves six
the four Huron County municipal
police departments, Clinton Fire
Department and Clinton PUC, he
said.
