A 60 -year-old Mildmay man, Stanley Durrer, was listed in sat's, factory condition moogy mortihig in Wnighani and District Hospital, suffering; from received in an accident last Saturday, Feb. 13, in Turnberry Township. An OPP ispokesman reported the mishap occurred at 1:10- p.m. on Sideroad 15-16 of the township, just south of the twelfth concession. According to the police, Mr. Durrer was southbound on the sideroad when the right wheels of his vehicle dropped off the right side of the - road. The 1986 Ford then slid off the road, entered the west ditch and rolled over, say the OPP. There was severe damage to the vehicle, which is owned by the Cay -Lea Food Co- operative, Teeswater. Mr. Durrer was taken by am- bulance to Winghain hospital. In a separate accident last' Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 730 p.rn., the police say Nancy Patient, 43 of SOuthampton was northbound on Highway 4, near Con. 4 of Morris township. According to the police, Ms. Patient lost control on the snow- covered road, crossed the centre line and struck the left front of a veltiele driven by Dean flackwell, 26, of Itit 1, Walton, southbound on the highway.
