Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Knapp, of Kam-
loops, B.C., visited with the latter's
sisters, Mrs. Chas. Wilson, Exeter
North, and Mrs. J. N. Howard, here
last week. They are now visiting
relatives in Ingersoll, but will return
to town' and complete their visit
shortly.
Mr. and Mrs..Arnsby and six chil-
dren, of Wimbledon, London, Eng-
land, are here visiting with Mr.
Arnsby's sister, Mrs. Jas. Jewell.
Mr. and Mrs. Jewell left England
over forty years ago and Mrs. Jewell
has not seen her 'brother since, till
his arrival last •Wreelt.
Mr. Samael Martin, who has been
on a visit to the Pacific Coast, re-
turned to his home here Monday
night. He reports a very pleasant
trip. During his absence, he visited
his old friends, Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Madge, of Tacoma, Wash., formerly
of Usborne, both of whom he found
enjoying good health, and in the
best of spirits. • . -
Miss Mae Jones and Miss Edna
Fellick have returned from their
overseas trip; Miss Jones arriving
home on Saturday and Miss Follick
who stopped off at Hamilton to visit
her brother, Mr, JosFollick for a
few days, returned Monday. Their
Voyages were reasonably pleasant,
particularly returning, experiencing
little or no seasickness. Their stay
in Europe was a continuous round of
pleasure, notwithstanding the fact,
that there would be more or less fa-
tigue in carrying out their extended
program of . sightseeing, which had
all been previously planned and car-
ried out ine every detail,
