chips

vored „liqueur
3 eggrilks-
• 1/4. cup butter or margarine
3/4_ Cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
-Preparation Time: 15 to 20 min-
utes
Cooking Time: 30 seconds to 1
minute
Oven Setting: HIGH (100 per-
cent power)
Combine chocolate chips and li-
queur in small microwave -safe
mixing bowl. Microwave 30 sec-
onds -to 1 minute, 'or until choco-
late is just melted (do not over-
cook). Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a
time, then stir in butter until melt-
ed. Add powdered sugar, blending
thoroughly. Refrigerate until firm.
Sift -cocoa onto a small plate.
Scoop out chocolate mixture with
teaspoon and, roll into small balls
between palMs, then roll each ball
in cocoa to coat. Store in tightly
covered container in cool place.
• Makes about 20 truffles.
