CHOCOLATE • MOCHA TRUPFLES ' 4 ounces semisweet choeo- chips 2 tablespoons coffee„ -fla- vored „liqueur 3 eggrilks- • 1/4. cup butter or margarine 3/4_ Cup powdered sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa -Preparation Time: 15 to 20 min- utes Cooking Time: 30 seconds to 1 minute Oven Setting: HIGH (100 per- cent power) Combine chocolate chips and li- queur in small microwave -safe mixing bowl. Microwave 30 sec- onds -to 1 minute, 'or until choco- late is just melted (do not over- cook). Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time, then stir in butter until melt- ed. Add powdered sugar, blending thoroughly. Refrigerate until firm. Sift -cocoa onto a small plate. Scoop out chocolate mixture with teaspoon and, roll into small balls between palMs, then roll each ball in cocoa to coat.
