Regarding Full -Time Programs
at Conestoga College
Monday, January 6
Journalism -Print, an .80 -week program covering a variety of writing, editing,
photographic and production skills, begins at the Doon campus.
Employment Preparation ° , a unique, individualized program to help adults
prepare for employment or College -level study, begins at four campuses —
Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford and Waterloo.
Computer Literacy in Commercial Applications, a new 16 -week program,
begins at the Waterloo and Stratford campuses. This program focuses on
office -related learning dealing with microcomputer systems, commercial
software products and peripherals, such as disc drives and printers.
Friday, February 28
March 1 is the deadline date for applications to full-time progranls beginning in
September. Since March 1 falls on a Saturday and since the College
encourages early application, you should make sure that all necessary
documents are received by the Registrar no later than February 28.
Applications received after March 1 will be considered after processing of
those received before March 1.
Monday, March 3
Employment Preparation ° begins at the Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford and
Waterloo campuses.
Five 52-week technology programs'begin.
Doon Campus: Electronics Engineering Technician, Electrical Technician -
Machinery and Apparatus.
Guelph Campus: Metal Fabrication Technician, Electro/Mechanical
Technician, Electronics Engineering Technician - Industrial Control
