POPE—Passed away at St.
Mary's Hospital, Kit-
chener, on Tuesday,
November 5, Ross Pope,
formerly of Holland Centre
and Wroxeter, in his 83rd
year. He was the husband
of the late Mabel Neilson;
father of Donald of.
Toronto, Carolyn Williams
of Tillsonburg, Murray of
Cambridge and Clark,
Oshawa. Also surviving
are nine grandchildren
and five great-grandchil-
dren. He was predeceased
by two sisters. Funeral
service 'was held Friday,
November 8, at Chats-
worth, with interment in
Greenwood Cemetery.
LEDDY—Passed away at
Clinton Public Hospital on
Saturday, . November 23,
James A. Leddy of 263
Minnie Street, Wingham,
in his 91st year. He was the
beloved husband 'of Mar-
garet (Jefferson) Leddy;
brother of Raymond Leddy
of Lucknow and Sara An-
stett of Wingham. He is al-
so survived by several
nieces and nephews., He
was predeceased by two
sisters, Ethel and Lena
Boyle. Friends called at

Home, Wingham, Monday
evening and Tuesday.

STREET PARKING
Due to municipal snow removal operations,
notice is hereby given that the bylaw governing
the parking of cars on town streets during the
winter. months (Dec. 1 to April 1) will be strictly
enforced.
All vehicles must be removed from town
streets, from roadways of the municipality, bet-
ween the hours of 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.
• Violators will be prosecuted or will be re-
quired to bear the cost of having their vehicle
towed away.
The owner of any such parked vehicle will be
liable for any damage to the said vehicle or to
'snow plow equipment.
Notice is also given that the fine structure
for the above parking violation has been in-
creased to $10.00 first offense and $25.00
second offense.
