Jean McEwen, Belgrave DEATHS POPE—Passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kit- chener, on Tuesday, November 5, Ross Pope, formerly of Holland Centre and Wroxeter, in his 83rd year. He was the husband of the late Mabel Neilson; father of Donald of. Toronto, Carolyn Williams of Tillsonburg, Murray of Cambridge and Clark, Oshawa. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and five great-grandchil- dren. He was predeceased by two sisters. Funeral service 'was held Friday, November 8, at Chats- worth, with interment in Greenwood Cemetery. LEDDY—Passed away at Clinton Public Hospital on Saturday, . November 23, James A. Leddy of 263 Minnie Street, Wingham, in his 91st year. He was the beloved husband 'of Mar- garet (Jefferson) Leddy; brother of Raymond Leddy of Lucknow and Sara An- stett of Wingham. He is al- so survived by several nieces and nephews., He was predeceased by two sisters, Ethel and Lena Boyle. Friends called at The McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham, Monday evening and Tuesday. A sincere thanks to Emily Phillips RN, Dr. Long, Dr. Shalom and Dr. Corrin, and all the obstetrical nurses at the Wingham and District Hospital, for the excellent care provided to myself and Mia.
