2.00 HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: (Please Read Carefully)
All cattle must be free from infection or contagious disease such as Ringworm
and Pink -eye.
All cattle must be negative to a blood test for Brucellosis, within 60 days except:
(A) Steers
(B) Spayed Heifer '
(C) Brucellosis vaccinated animals under 18 months of age (vacc. certificate to
accompany animals)

from their local Health of Animals Branch Office)
(E) Calves under 6 months of age ( all 4-H calves to be blood tested). Blood
samples are to be taken by local practising veterinarians or their approved
technicians.

1 Only one entry per class is eligible from a breedingunit, eXcept the fair has
• authorized in up to two classes: 115, 114, 113, 112, and a maximum of three
entries in classes: 116, 117, 119,, 120, 121. Maximum total eligible entries
from a breeding unit is 10 head.
Example:
2 entries in 2 junior classes plus 1 entry in other classes to,a total of 10 head
2 entries in 1 junior class, 3 entries in 1 mature class plus 1 entry in other
classes to total of 10 head
3 entries in 2 mature classes plus 1 entry in other classes to total of 10 head
2 Animals shown in the 'individual classes for which prize money if offered
may not also be shown in the jeorresponding dry classes.
3 Animals from both the prize money and non -prize classes will be eligible for
the Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor Awards.
4 Competition is restricted to Exhibitors from Huron County.
5 The Exhibitor shall be the owner as officially recorded on the registration
certificate inunediately prior to the commencement of judging.
6 The registration certificate and the necessary Record of Performance cer-
tificate must be made available for checking before the commencement of
judging.
7 ithin the lirnit of the total number of entries, unlimited substitutions of en-
tries owned by the same Exhibitor will be permitted.
8 Each Exhibitor must be a member of the Huron Central Agricultural Socie-
ty. Membership fee is $2.00.

-2 year old. Born Sept. 1, 1982 to Aug. 31,1983.In milk, dry, or not yet calved
for the first time. Must be either from a dam with at least one record with a
minimum BCA of 125 for milk or the exhibit must have attained a production
record equivalent to a minimum BCA of 125 for milk. 2 yearold Junior Female
will be recognized as such. (Ribbons).
118 FEMALE
-Born Sept. 1, 1981 to Aug. 31, 1982. In milk, or dry. The exhibit must show
own record with a production record equivalent minimum BCA of 125 for milk.
She must qualify on her own merits.

cases either as an individual or in partnership. In other words; the Ex-
hibitor may be a "joint owner" of an animal and/or the "joint -breeder" of
an animal. All the animals must be from one farm or breeding unit.
124 BEST UDDER CLASS
-Judge shall designate best udders in classes.) 119, 120, 121. These
designated exhibits shall compete for first and second best udders in the
show. Prize money to be paid on first and second placings only as per any
one of the 15 prize money schedules.
