who attended the funeral of her fath-
er, the late Wm. Dixon, of Brucefieid,
and also visited with friends in Exe-
ter, returned to, her home on Friday
last.
Following the storms of last week
pitchholes were bad on many of the
county roads. There were. sone deep
ones on the London Road just south
of town. They were ploughed out
on Monday;
Miss J. Murray was in Toronto for
several days attending the funeral of
her sister-in-law, M-rs. Jas.• Murray,
Mts. C. Goodspeed supplied for Miss
Murray.at the Exeter school during
her .absence.
