Prerequisite: Photography - The Basics
and Advanced Photography or have an
equivalent in practical experience.
Who should attend? Persons with skilled
camera techniques who want to produce
portraits of their family and friends.
Topics include: the effects of lighting
and shadow„ how to pose the subject
and how to create a setting which
reflects the mental image of the subject.
In addition to portraits, outdoor portrai-
ture and 'Wedding Photography will be
included.

In the first segment, students will
discuss what' constitutes a healthy
regimen for pregnancy, the physical
and emotional changes, of parents in
pregnancy and survey parenting atti-
tudes and skills. The first three weeks
can be attended as early, as possible
and up to the 6th month of pregnancy,
Note: Parents are encouraged to regis-
ter early in the pregnancy in order to
be assured of a place in the class.

provides, through group participation,
the opportunity to learn about preg-
nancy and birth. .Conscious relaxation

Parenting (S.T.E.P.) S
The, S.T.E.P. program is based on
child-rearing methods which encourage
mutual respect and equality between
parent and child. This course is en-
hanced with manuals, charts and cas-
sette tapes
Study methods consist of discussion
and exercises reflecting common con-
cerns of parents.
