Tailored Pants And Jeans S Pants are one of the easiest garments to make but the most difficult to fit. This course, for the experienced„ sewer, will teach you how to take correct mea- , surements,, adjust the pattern and alter a ' basic pants ,Shell or basted jeans. Traditional tailoring requires careful hand -stitching, taping and con- tinuous pressing to stabilize and build shape into a garment. Emphasis is placed on proper fit with both a muslin •shelt and garment fitted on the student. As well, students will learn professional techniques for welt pockets, bound buttonholes, sleeves and linings. A man's or woman's blazer or coat will be constructed during the course.
