Introduction To Solid Geometry
Modelling In CAD/CAM A
Introduction to Solid Geometry Modell-
ing in CAD/CAM is the first in a series
of 3 sixty -hour courses. Upon comple-
tion students will be able to create
geometric outlines comprising solid
models by activating the EUCLID de-
• sign function, and will be able to
determine drawing specifications for
EUCLJD models and construct engi-
neering drawings using a digital plotter.

Advanced Solid" Geometry"
Modelling In CAD/CAM A
Prerequisite: Introduction to Solid Ge-
ometry Modelling in CAD/CAM.
In the second sixty -hour ADVANCED
course participants will be working on a
realistic mechanical design project (as-
sembly) which will require an applica-
tion of all EUCLID design functions.

This course will be of interest to both
beginners and more advanced students

opportunity for practical applications
which will assist students when doing
repairs themselves or having repairs
done.

This course is for Class A Mechanics
who wish; to upstate their skills is diesel.

complete this 60 hour course may write
the Diesel Endorsement Exam.

Do-lt-Yourself Auto Mechanics S
Students who have a basic understand-
ing of automotive repair will learn how
to make their own repairs. Topics
include: tune-ups, electrical and cool-

Propane Vehicle Installers A
This course is for licenced• Motor
Vehicle Mechanics only. It was devel-
oped by the Ministry of Consumer and
Commercial Relations, Energy Fuel
Safety Branch • Technical Standard Divi-
sion. The objectives are to train per-
sonnel to install, repair and alter pro-
pane carburetion in automotive
aptjlications competently in the interest
of public safety and consumer con-
fidence and to complete the examina-
tion successfully to be certified as a
Propane Fuel System Installer.

Propane Vehicle Inspection A
This course is for licenced mechanics
who 'hold S6A Propane Fitter Certifi-
cates. The, course was developed by
Centennial College in co-operation with
the Ontario provincial government's
Ministry of Energy and Ministry of
kPk -
Consumer and Commercial Relations.
The objectives are to train personnel to
perform propane vehicle inspection
competently in the interest of public
safety and consumer confidence and to
complete the examination successfully
to be certified as a propane vehicle in-
spector.

Advanced 'Servicing And Repair
Of Small Engines S
Prerequisite to this course is the Basic
course or its equivalent. This is a
practical course and students may
work on their own small engines in
class with the assistance of the instruc-
tor. Students will receive advanced
instruction on carburetors and over-
hauling engines similar to the Basic
course.

MOTORCYCLE DRIVER
TRAINING
Motorcycle Driver Training N
A course is offered in cooperation with
the Canada Safety Council and the
Ontario Safety League. Motorcycles are
made available by the Motorcycle and
Moped Import Council through local
motorcycle dealerships. The course,
aimed primarily at the novice rider, also
consists of important lessons to the
experienced 'rider. It comprises a bal-
anced blend of both theory and riding
instruction in small groups ,under con-
trolled conditions. The course is con-
ducted under the guidance and direction
of a fully qualified instructor.
" While some theory is essential, the bulk
of the instruction is actual riding.
Classes are held, rain or shine: -Students
must attend every lesson. There is no
refund • after the commencement 'of the
second scheduled session,
Topics include: balancing and braking;
cold starting and stopping, clutch opera-
tion and control synchronization, correct
gear changing signal and shoulder
checks, slow riding,, pattern riding,
emergency braking, traffic behaviour,
