Young orphan joins a group of pick- pockets, but when he is caught, is taken in by a wealthy benefactor. The gang kidnaps him but he is aided in escap- ing and returns to his benefactor who is really his uncle. TUESDAY MIDNIGHT-"SARGEANT RYKER". Stars Lee Marvin, Bradford Dillman, Vera Miles. Korea: Sergeant faces court martial as a traitor. After being found guilty and sentenced to hang, a prosecuting attorney in the Judge Advocate's office wins him a new trial on the grounds of in- adequate defense. After a stormy second trial the case against Ryker is finally decided. WEDNESDAY MIDNIGHT -"SISTER-IN-LAW". Stars John Savage, Anne Saxon. Hippie who returns to middle class life, finds himself inheriting some family problems. Aside from becoming the object of his sister-in-law's af- fections, he is mistaken for his brother and marked for murder by a vengeful smuggling ring. vgiv Management OPEN HOUSE AND PUBLIC MEETING The Draft Report of Stage 2 of the Waste Management Master Plan for The Regional Municipality of Waterloo has now been completed. This Report outlines several waste management system alternatives available to the Region for the disposal and/or processing of solid waste for the next twenty years. It also defines the locations of potential landfill sites within the Region. Passengers returningfrom a skiing weekend discover to their horror that the train carrying them down a snowy mountain is a brakeless runaway. SUNDAY, 9:00 P.M. -"ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ". Stars Clint Eastwood, Patrick McGoohan. On June 11, 1962, three men escaped from the escape -proof maximum security prison at Alcatraz. A massive search -was conducted for Frank Morris; Clarence Anglin and John Anglin, but they were never heard from again. Their escape remains the only unresolved case in the prison's history. Clint East- wood, Patrick McGoohan and Fred Ward star in this 1979 movie. MONDAY MIDNIGHT -"WILD ROVERS". Stars William Holden, Ryan O'Neal. Two cowboys, one old, one ,young, dream of getting enough money to buy a ranch in Mexico and retire to a life of pleasure. Middle class Irish -Catholic Bronx husband and wife put aside their differences to welcome home their son from the army, but soon their own unhappiness begins to spill over and the son becomes embroiled in the family's domestic crises.
