And for many people in this area, part of the Christmas tradition is to enjoy the rich and varied selection of Christmas music presented each year by the Blyth'Festival Singers. This year the concert will be held at Blyth Memorial Hall on Sunday, Dec. 9, at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Again the choir will be presenting a varied reper- toire of music for the Christ-, mas season, including well- known songs like "Sleigh Ride", the unusual "Bag- piper's Carol" and the haunt- ingly beautiful arrange- ments of John Rutter and 4ayid• Willcocks.
