Whitechurch—The mem-
bers of the Whitechurch 4-H.
club enjoyed an outing
recently. They met at the
Purdon home and proceeded
to White Rose Nursery at
Kitchener, then on to Warren
Greenhouses. They had a
delicious meal of fish and
chips at a restaurant and
worked on a crossword
puzzle while waiting for the
meal.
Across from the
restaurant were Rockway
Gardens where the girls sat
under shade trees, played
Snakes and Ladders and
finished the puzzle. Mem-
bers then took a relaxing
walk through the gardens,
viewing all the lovely
flowerbeds. -
The girls then went
shopping at Fairview Park
Mall, heading for home at 4
p.m. The trip was enjoyed by
all.
