No creature was walking. No creature was talking. But one little boy Had hung up his stocking. His name was David. As he lay sleeping, Santa came down Out of the chimney peeping. t,_•, . e f.. He ran to see what was going on. It was Santa Claus. Santa Claus got some toys and put them under the Christ- mas tree. Tim ran to the Christmas tree. He looked at all the toys. Then Jill said, "What is going on?" "Santa Claus was here," said Tim. He gave me a toy van. What did he give me? "A doll," said Tim. Then mom and dad saw Tim and Jill and said was Santa Claus here. But l'left him the milk and cookies any • way. Then my mom told me, "if you stay •up you wouldn't get any toys." ,But I was still pretty sad that I didn't get to stay up and see him. One Christmas my cat was in the living room when all of the sudden she jumped on the Christmas tree, then the tree slowly eased over, then with a smash the, tree fell. The ornaments were all over the place. Cats are good pets but when Christmas rolls around O boy!
