GODERICH SIGNAL -STAR, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 20, 1979—PAGE 17B Santa wants loyalty There was a Christmas Santa did not give toys out. He told his elves to make only two toys and two stockings full of candy! He said he heard that children did not think he was real. So he said I will teach them a lesson, they will not forget. But there were two little boys who said that Santa was real and he could bring them presents and candy. When Christmas came, everybody was without presents except the two little boys. People were very sad and angry that they did not receive any Christmas presents. They said we are sorry for not believing in Santa Claus. After that Santa was so happy that he told his elves to make thousands and thousands of presents. That evening he loaded his sled and raced off to the homes to deliver all the presents:, That morning when everybody woke up they saw all the presents on the floor of the house. After that Christmas Santa was very happy because they all believed in him after that. I slowly tiptoed to the frontroom to see if Santa had come last night. As I walk in I notice two shiny black boots stuck in the fireplace with short legs attached to them. I walk up to take a closer look. As I, got closer I notice that it was Santa stuck in the chimney. I walked over and tried to give him a boost, but he didn't move an inch. All of a sudden a large pillow fell from Santa's red suit. Then Santa, himself fell. As it worked out, it was my father with his red pyjamas and his shiny black slipper up the chimney looking for our white cat. Our white cat now has a black \face, black tail, black ears, and black paws.
