TRUSTEES
MEETING
The Auburn dogs which
are running loose won't
have a very Merry
Christmas if their owners
do not tie them up and
keep them under control.
This came under
discussion at the
December meeting of the
Auburn Village Trustees
when they met- last
Saturday evening in the
town hall. Chairman
Warner Andrews was in
charge.
The minutes of the
previous meeting were
approved as read by the
clerk, Mrs. Arva
Machan.
It was stated that
repairs are needed at the
town hall ,so the trustees
decided to get estimates
for this work.
One new street light
will have to be replaced
and it is hoped that a new
one will be installed at the
corner of Goderich and
Turnberry streets.
A discussion took place
regarding cars or trucks
parked on the street.
These vehicles will have
tobe parked elsewhere so
snow ploughing can take
place.
-Bud Charnmey of
Chamney Sanitation
Service was present and
presented his contract for
two years. This contract
was accepted on motion
of trustee James
Glousher and trustee
Kenneth Scott.
A lengthy discussion
took place regarding -dog

complaints had been
given to the chairman.
