Party punch
SPICED TEA
4 packages Orange Tang
2 packages Lemon Tang
1 cup iced tea mix sweetened OR
1'cup iced tea mix unsweetened plus 3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cinnamon
Store in covered container or jar. Use approx.
1 tablespoon with 1 cup boilingwater. A
refreshing hot tea for a cold night.

1 large can pineapple juice
1 large can grapefruit juice
1 can frozen lemon concentrate
2 cups sugar boiled with 1 "cup water to form
syrup
2 large bottles 7-Up/
Combine all .ingredients adding 7-Up and ice
just before serv)ng.

PINK LADY PUNCH
4 cups cranberry cocktail
11/2 cups white sugar
4 cups pineapple juice
2 quarts chilled gingerale
6 oz. (1 tin) lemon juice
Slowly add cranberry juice to sugar, stir until
dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Chill. Put in
punch bown, add gingerale. Serves 32.

HOT APPLE CIDER PUNCH
1 gallon apple cider
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons whole allspice
2 three inch cinnamon sticks
2-3 cup sugar
2 oranges, studded with clove.
Heat cider, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and
sugar to boiling; cover, simmer 20 min. Strain,
pour in punch bowl. Float oranges in bowl.
Serves 32 (I/2 cup each).
