1 8 -oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 1-1b. can red salmon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
chopped parsley
chopped pecans
Drain and flake salmon, combine with
remaining ingredients except parsley and
pecans. Shape into log. Pat pecans onto surface
and cover with chopped parsley. Chill several
hours and serve with crackers.

RAW VEGETABLES AND DIP
Place variety of any bite -sized raw vegetable on
tray: - carrot sticks, celery, cherry tomatoes,
small fresh mushrooms, broccoli spears,
cauliflower, etc.
Vegetable Dip:
Depending on size of party -
1 cup mayonnaise
11/2 tbsp. ketchup
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Blend together and place in small bowl.
A delicious and nutritious finger food assor-
tment for guests. Serve with any beverage - beer,
wine or hot cider (spiced)
