11/2 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1/4 c. onion
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 - 2-3 c. milk
SAUCE - DOUBLE INGRED.
1 c. br. sugar
1/2.c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T cornstarch
3 T soya sauce
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 T accent - opt.
1/2 gr. pepper - opt.
Cook till simmering; add meat balls 'and
simmer

FRANKS IN CHEESE
1 lb. frankfurters
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
11/2 cups grated sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 cup beer
1 egg yolk, beaten
Melt butter in saucepan and remove from
heat. Combine flour, salt, cheese and mustard
and add to melted butter. Cook over medium
heat stirring constantly till cheese is melted. Add
beer and egg yolk, mixing well. Continue cooking
until smooth and thick. Turn into chafing dish to
keep warm.
Cut franks into 1" lengths. Heat them in'
skillet.
Serve with wooden picks to dip into hot sauce.
