On Friday the Sailors needed three third period goals to salvage a 4-4 with Harriston in a league game played in Goderich. Game tirrle is 8.30 p.m. Signal -Stars rip Dorchester 9-3 for fourth win The Goderich Signal - Star Juveniles will be looking for their fifth straight win in Shamrack League play this Sunday when they entertain Lambeth at the Com- munity Centre's Tf], Stars logged their fouatfivstraight league win Sunday with a 9-3 victory over Dorchester in the second meeting between the teams in Dorchester. The juveniles took to the offence from the opening whistle scoring in the first minute of play and adding three more before the close of .the first period for a 4-0 lead. Dorchester put two quick goals together in the second period out the Stars got one back before the end of the second period and added four more in the final period to complete the rout. Larry Gaynor, Rob MacDonald and. Bill Peters led the Stars of- fence with two goals apiece. Steve Lobb, Rob Trebish and Don Elliott Mustangs lose first game The Goderich Green and Parent Mustangs split a pair bf games in WOAA league play last week. On Saturday. the Mustangs scored four third period goals to dispose of Clinton 7=3 but Monday they fell victim to Listowel by a 5-3 count. Goderich was unable to get the offence in gear against Clinton here Saturday and held a slim 3-1 lead before scoring four goals in the final seven minutes of the game to clinch the win. The teams tied 1-1 after one period but Listowel took the lead with the only two goals of the second period. The teams scored two goals each in the final period. Larry Boyce scored the first period goal for. Goderich and after Listowel led 3-1 into the final' period, Boyce and Willie Denemxne scored to tie the score at 3-3.
