Minutes of last meeting were read by the secretary, Mrs. Allan Stoll, who also gave a report of the Women's Institute Fall Rally held in Elimville on Monday, October 1. One of these was Helen Brindley of Colborne Township who has led one of the Tiger Dunlop 4-H Groups. The next Institute Rally will be held in Huron East district. The guest speaker was John Penn, Director of Family and Children Services, who thanked 'the Institute as a whole for their continued support and Tiger Dunlop Institute for its help in a special way for the Christmas goodwill. Mr. Penn spoke of child care and the need to help. He` acquainted the members with con - \fsiderable knowledge that proved very interesting, as did the question and answer period. Mrs. Stoll and Mrs. R. Buchanan thanked the speaker for his talk. At the November meeting members will he bringing donations for Family and Children's Services for its Christmas help. At the November meeting, which will he changed from Thursday, November 22 to Wed - Tier Du Institute give a donation to this worthy cause. ' The Institute Area Convention is to beheld in St. 'Marys on Thursday and Friday, November 1 and 2 .with Mrs. Stanley Snyder attending as the delegate from Tiger Dunlop W.I. Mrs. Molly Sutton and Mrs. Ila Bean attended the training school recently and will be demonstrating this course in November.
