Huronview on Tuesday,
July 31 at the,age of 74.
He was born in
Goderich on May 27, 1905
to Charles and Karen
(Bourne) Ruffle.
He was married to
Bertha E. Cowan. She
survives him.
He was a .member of
Loyal Orange Victoria
Lodge no. 182.
He was a member of St.
George's Anglican
Church in Goderich.
Besides his wife, he is
survived by three
children, William and
Clare, both of,London and
Wayne of•Prince George,
B.C.; one sister, Mrs.
Arnold (Edna) Doak of
Goderich; one brother,
Walter of Toronto; ten
grandchildren; and one
great grandson.
A funeral service was
held at McCallum
Funeral Home in
Goderich on Thursday,
August 2 at 2 p.m. The
Reverend Robert
Crocker officiated.
Interment was in the
Maitland Cemetery.
Pallbearers were
Barry Ruffell, Paul
Ruffell, Arnold Doak, Bill
Crawford, Percy Blundell
and Don McWhinney.
Relatives and friends
