The successful con- testant Will act as official good will ambassador for the 1979 Western Fair and will receive an honorarium and ex- penses. In addition, the winner may compete for the title of "Miss CNE -- Sweetheart of the Fairs" at the 1980 Canadian National Exhibition, subject to the CNE's eligibility requirements.
