Mrs. Hazel. _Miller,:__. _ former Schumacher resident, died Monday, July 9 at the Lady Isabella Nursing Home in Trout Creek at the age of 78. She was born in Whitby, Ontario, the. former Hazel Orr. She married Herbert Miller on- -November 3, 1920 in South Porcupine. -The late Mrs. Miller, who resided at 74 Third Avenue, Schumacher, was a member of Trinity United - Church in Schumacher, and the South Porcupine Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by her husband, Herbert; three daughters, Mrs. Olive Lumby of Goderich, Mrs. Ann Bowman of Frank - ford, Ontario and Mrs. Lorna Hayes of Oshawa; three sons, Thomas of Westhill, Neil of Acton and Lloyd of Huntsville; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.' . A funeral service was held at the Stephens Funeral Home, 21 Elm' Street South, Schumacher on July 12 at 2p.m. Interment was in Tisdale Cemetery. A. CARL CAMPION Mr. A. Carl Campion died on July 13, 1979. at ...Huronview at the age of - 93. He was' born in Goderich on April 17, 1886. He married Margaret F. Farr. and was predeceasedby her on August 27,t975. He was a member of St. Peter's Church. - Four children survive. him, John, of Welland, Mary, Mrs. John (Evelynne) Evans, and Tom, all of Goderich; and nine grandchildren. A funeral mass was held on Monday, July 16 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church with the Reverend Father. A.F. Loebach officiating. Interment was , in St. Peter's Cemetery in Colborne Township. . Pallbearers were Frank Campion, Stephen Campion, Timothy Evans, Michael Evans, . Michael Donnelly, and Dan Donnelly.
