The theme at the 10,.30 Mass was to pray especially for the return to the deep. faith .that made Canada the great country it is. Following the Mass, a procession formed to the adjoining cemetery to honour the faith of our founders. The various groups and individ- uals placed wreaths and baskets of flowers at the cross and at their family graves. Prayers and singing of hymns and 0 Canada followed. Wednesday, June 27, 1979 was Graduation Day for -St. Joseph's School. Mass was celetsrated at 7.00 p.m. by Father Dentinger, with Den- ise Dalton as organist. The Graduates are: Brent Berry, Harry Boyle, Cathy Chisholm, Denise Connelly, Carl Courtney, Peter Doher- ty, Carol Foran, Louis For- ge,, Lisa Frayne, Joe Gerd- es, Marian Knoop, Kevin Smith, Heather Ann Staple- ton, Diane VanOsch, Brent VanOsch, Teresa VanRooy and Liz Vogt. - . The singing of the national anthem brought the happy event to a -.close. AWARDS Tuesday was Awards Day at the school for the Grades K -Seven. Report cards were presented and Special Aw- ards. Parents were present for the occasion. The kingsbridge .. School Bus Patrollers were treated to a day in Toronto on Tuesday, hoe 25. They -tour- ed Ontario Place and the C.N. Tower and in the even- ing attended the Blue Jay- New York Yankee ball game at Exhibition Stadium.
