Fisher swamps Little Bowl
Fisher Builders

Monday in a game that
produced 27 hits between
the clubs.
The win improved
Fisher's record to six
wins against four losses
and leaves them tied with
Gords and McGees for
first place in the Dunlop
Division.
Fisher laced two Little.
Bowl pitchers for an
incredible 18 hits in the
game, 17 of which came
in the first four innings as
they piled up 12 runs.
Jim . Bell was the top
batter with three hits in
as many trips to the
plate. He doubled in the
second inning to drive in
a run andosingled and
doubled .in the six -run
fourth inning.
Frank 'MacDonald,
Doug Fisher, Barry
Bloch, Bill Kraft, Bob
McBride and Jim Durst
added two hits apiece.
Many of the Fisher hits
went for extra bases as

Despite the 18 runs in
Bantams defeat Dashwood
The Bannister
Bluewater Internationals
won back to back games
against Dashwood last
week.
Last Monday the
Bantams travelled to
Dashwood and defeated
them in a close game by a
score of 5-4.. The .gcore
remained 0-0 into the
fourth when Goderich
outscored them 2-1.
They went well ahead
with two more in the fifth
and finally scored one
more run against Dash -
wood's three to endthe
game 5-4.
Chris Pitre, Denis
Kerr, Rick Stahl and Bi14.
Hall all had two hits each,
with Pitre and Kerr
scoring twice each and
Stahl once. Chris Pitre.

the Internationals.
Saturday the score was
a different story as
Goderich defeated Dash-
wood 13-6.
After the first inning
Dashwood led 3-0, but
Goderich came back, in
the second to tie it up.
Dashwood got two more
in the third and then'
Goderich went way ahead
with four runs in the
fourth.
The Bluewater
Internationals got three
more in the fifth and
three in the sixth. Dash-
wood only managed to
score once more in the
fifth to end the game.
Rick Stahl and Bill Hall
were four for four with
three hits and one walk
each. David Gallow,
Kevin Adams and. Mike
Chisholm got two hits
each and singles by Chris
Pitre, Scott MacDonald
and Jeff Denomme.
Stahl and ` Hall each
scored four runs and
Chisholm scored two,
with Denomme„ Adams
and Pitre scoring one
each.
Denis Kerr went the
distance on the mound for
the Internationals,
