In addition to council, there were township solicitor Dan Murphy, township engineer B.M. Ross, ,HyrW1. Countplanner Gary . Davidson; Don Sager, owner and developer; , Deb. Shewfelt, real estate broker; and the Sager Development Planner, Conestoga -River representative. All aspects of the proppsed subdivision were discussed. Before the final agreement is approved by council, Ross, Murphy and Davidson were ' to examine it. Grants of $25 to the Salvation Army Red Shield Campaign and $50 to the mentally retarded were approved. Ross associates be given permission to take soil tests and design a wingwall and the clerk was instructed•to arrange a rripeting of council and Peter Ivey, M.T.C.' engineer Ross Jackson, township solicitor Murphy and Dunn.
