The Municipal Council of the
Township of Usborne, met at the
Township Hall, on Saturday April lst
1922 pursuant to adjournment. All
the members were present. Minutes
of meeting of Mar. 4th, were read

with following resolutions
Letter of Donald Dawson, with
complaint and demand for refund on
Anderson drain, No, 2 Assessment.
No action. Communication of In-
spector of; mines re sae guarding life
and preventing accidents in sand and
gravel pits. -That Regulation 121 of
the Mines Amendment Act, 1919, be
on each Pathmaster's .List and that
a poster with same Regulation be
placed in each gravel pit. That the
Clerk order from the Corrugated
Pipe Co. of Stratford, one 36 inch
pipe, 24 feet long and one 15 inch
pipe 20 Leet long for immediate de-
livery. Wm, Moodie, Road Super-
intendant, being present, the Council
held a conference with him as to the
necessary gradingato: be done etc. A
bill for Municipal Supplies and sun-
dries to the amount of $19,52 was
paid. Council adjourned to meet on
May (ith, '1922, at the Township Hall
at 1 o'clock p.m,

Hydro Power Commission was read
in which the request was made that
the Council enter into ah agreement
with the Commission for the purpose
of supplying power to the residents
