lief had been. playing happily, as
was his joyous way, all day with his
mother, who was confined to her
room through illness, when about
five o'cloek in ag instant of time he
had found a bottle containing a few
drops or Carbolic, though the agon-
iced mother snatched quickly,
enough had passed his lips to ,prove.
fatal, and in two hours he bad slip-

On Monday a private service was
held at the Parsonage where Rev. S.

been prendly accompanied by his
mother and tatter and consecrated
and baptised by his grandfather Rev.

The Church was exquisitely beaut-

flowers and white timelines tied with
oe auve ribbon, the wink k of loving
sympathetic bands. A beautiful ser-
viee was held by Rev. S. T. Tucker,
assisted by Rev. J.E. Welted, or Beth-

by Mr, Tucker were expressive of
Christian !lope. and Faith, as =-
Wined ined in the words of the Tender
Shepherd, "Suffer little children to.
edtnae unto hie, .tor or melt is the
Kingdom of Heaven."
Interment was made in Pontypool

God's own plucking.
