CHRISTMAS IN
MEXICO
Christmas in Mexico
must be very exciting. To
begin with it last a full
nine days. But there is no
snow. Santa Claus and
Christmas trees are
unknown and the
presants aren't given out
till after. the New Year.
But its still one of the
happiest festivals. The
celebration begins on
December 16 right
through till Christmas
eve. Perhaps there will
be a lady or a 'shoe
decorated in paper
strimers. The children
are blindfolded and given
wooden sticks which they
try to hit the pinata.
When it is hit it shatters
and -candy toys dolls fall
to the ground. Children
gather the stuff up.

SCOTLAND
Christmas in Scotland
is like a popsicle stick
because when you spend
your time eating the pie
-you'll need a toothpick.
If you ever been to
Scotland on a Chric+—
day, you ha' • ung
some mone .,duse you
have to pay.
You'll want to bring
some money to buy
presents, and the birds in
hot red sky in the north,
look like pesents.
In Scotland, they have
a draw to see who, and
once I drew for a in-
dividual and got a
"moo".
I've got to go, to
demonstrate to the world
what "Christmas" seems
to "be."

MEXICO
Christmas in Mexico is
very exciting. 'You begin
with nine days full of fun.
There is „ on snow in
Mexico because they are
near the Equator. If you
asked them about
Christmas trees and
Santa Claus they would
not know what you were ',
talking about. All they
know is having a big
festival which goes from
Dec the 16 right up to
Christmas Eve. One of
the games that they play
is to hit a donkey or a
house. You' get 3 hits and
if you break it all the
candies fall out.
