midgets had a busy time,

5 thriller to the Kitchener
Greenshirts "AAA"
team.

while Randy Buncick,
Brian Wimperis and Arch

lead before Durham got
their only goal and then
scoring three more
unanswered goals in the
third period.

goals and two assists to
pace the Goderich attack.

were treated to some of
the finest hockey seen in
some time • here as the
Kitchener Greenshirts
and Goderich midgets
played wide open, fast
skating hockey for three
periods.

one period of action on

game in as many days,
but they came back with
a pair of their own to tie it
up at 5-5.
Don Elliott scored from
Larry Madge and Trebish

his third goal of the nighty,
for Kitchener into the
empty net when he came
onto the ice at the ens, of
his penalty and hit the
empty net with one
second left on the clock.
Kitchener coach
George Knisley was high
in his praise of the
Goderich team and felt
they would be quite
competitive ira. the
"AAA" league in which
his team plays. Kitchener
defeated Goderich 3-2 in a
last-minute goal in
Kitchener two weeks ago.
