St. Joseph's Church, Kingsbridge, decorates with
standards of yellow gladioli and bronze murns, was
the scene of the wedding, September 8th for Nancy
Philmene O'Keefe aUdttavid Charles ArAtett. -
The Rev. Ed Dentinger, C.R. officiated- at the
double -ring ceremony.
Nancy is the daughter of Joseph and Mary O'Keefe
of RR 3, Goderich, and David is the son of John Anstett
and the late Irene Anstett of Clinton.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Maid
of honor was Rose Marie O'Keefe, sister of the bride,
of Kingsbridge. Bridesmaids were Pat -Anstett and
Kathy Anstett, sisters of the groom of Clinton and
Anna Anstett, sister-in-law of the bride and groom of
Edmonton.
John Anstett, brother of the groom of Edmonton,
was the best man. Mike Anstett, Paul Anstett and
Peter Anslett of Clinton of Clinton, brothers of the
groom, were ushers.
Margaret and Donna Frayne of Kingsbridge,
friends of the bride, read the scripture during the
Mass. John and Marianne Gallant of London, brother-
in-law and sister of the bride, took up the Offertory.
• Wedding music was 'provided by Marianne Frayne
who sang and presided at the organ and Flora Sim-
pson who sang and accompanied herself on the guitar.
Following the wedding ceremony,, a reception was
held at Saltford Valley Hall.

Slinwer given by friends in London, Ont. A community
shower in Kingsbridge was hosted by Margaret
Frayne. A shower attended by relatives and friends
was given by the Anstetts in Clinton. Following the
rehearsal, the wedding party and family and friends
were entertained at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John
Anstett of Clinton.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii before taking up
residence in Clinton, Ontario.

Wheatley Baptist Church, Wheatley, Ontario was
the scene of a pretty fall wedding at 5 p.m. on Satur-
day, October 7 when Crystal Darlene Pinch and Mark
Alan Rathwell exchanged vows.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Pinch
of Leamington and the groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Edgar Rathwell of Goderich.
The Reverend John -Weiler and,-Y-tlie 'Reverend
Kenneth Knight officiated at the ceremony.
Maid of honor was Beth Reimer and groomsman
was John Cats.
Mr. and Mrs. Rathwell took a wedding trip to
Northern Ontario and following that took up residence
in Leamington.

Members of the
Auxiliary to Alexandra
Marine and General
Hospital enjoyed a
travelogue on Spain at
their regular meeting in
the Auxiliary Room on
Monday, October 16.
Mrs. R. Alton in-
troduced Mr. and Mrs.
Everett Sparling who
shared with the group
some memories of their
recent trip to Spain. Mrs.
Sparling gave a very
interesting commentary
while Mr. Sparling
showed beautiful slides of
the Costa del Sol, Malaga,
Algeciras, Rondo,
Grenada, and Madrid.
On behalf of those
present, Mrs. R.W. Bell
thanked M5: and Mrs.
Sparling ',for, their ex-
cellent presentation.
Jas. Magee has
prepared plans for a new
gift shop but has not
received cost estimates
as yet. When this
material is available,
members will be called to
a special meeting to
make a decision in regard
to building a new gift
shop.
Miss Joyce Shack of the
hospital staff presented a
list of equipment which is
needed at the hospital at
present.
It was agreed to pur-
chase the following
equipment: a
refrigerator for
medications for the West
wing on the second floor;
metric scales - four
stand-up and one baby
scale; a food processor
for the special diet
department; a • chest
percussor for therapy;
and $200 worth of books
for the nurses' library.
Early in the "summer
the Auxiliary paid for a
refrigerator -freezer for
the laboratory in the
hospital.
A donation will be
made to the hospital in
memory of Miss Esther
Hume who for many
years was a valued
member of the Auxiliary.
Mrs. Carleton Worsen -
and Mrs. Jas. Kinkead
gave interesting reports
of the morning and af-
ternoon session
respectively at the fall
conference held in
Waterloo on September
25. Ten members of our
Auxiliary found this
„ event to be quite wor-
thwhile.

highlights with those
present.
Several items of
beautiful children's
clothing recently - pur-
chased for the shop were
on display. Several
members are completing •
knitted articles to be sold
in the shop.
Following adjournment
refreshments were
served and a half hour of
fellowship was enjoyed.

the Auxiliary room on
Monday, November 20 at
