The win was the sixth of the season for little Bowl against nine losses and leaves them in fourth place in the Maitland Division. Dauphin struck out six batters in recording his first win of the season and walked one. John Verway took the loss for Graham Electric. Sygrove_ They gave pitcher Simon Langlois a three -run cushion scoring a single in the bottom of the sixth as Dave Mclvor hit a two - out single to score And it turned out that Langlois needed the three -ruin lead_ Ed Jones Red off the Lakeport seventh with a single and Tim McLean promptly sacked a two -run homer to get his teamteamback in the game. Langlois got Larry McCabe to fly out but Frank Hagan added to his misery with a double. Sorry Mike and Willa! elevators undefeated The Goderich Elevators racked up their 12th straight win without a loss in Central Huron Ladies League action with a 17-0 victory over Seaforth Wednesday. It took the Elevators fiye innings to dispose of Seaforth as they scored three runs in the first inning, four in the second, three more in the third and capped the win with a seven -run rally jin the fourth inning. Linda Miller was the major offensive threat for the Elevators slamming three hits in four trips to the plate, including two home runs. She hit a three -run homer in the second inning with team-mates Joanne Chambers and Marg Kovacs aboard and added another three --run shot in the fourth inning. Team-mates Chambers and Kovacs had two hits apiece for the E levators.
