you've got to believe it.
We were very fortunate
tohave suchniee weather
for the camps and cot-

which was well attended.
So, how, the kids areso

Take the kids -I don't
know if, you need lawn
chairs -but they doohave
benches and the evening
will only be an hour or so
for bench sitting.
These are planned for
the family's- enjoyment
children under '15 -with
their parents -go in for
free -how about THAT!
Fine actors, good music,
mime and everything to,
give you a very enjoyable
evening under the stars.
It may be "in the sunset"
as it startsat 8 pm!
You must have seen the
Playbill for the Huron
Country Playhouse -if you
are interested in theatre.-
. Their big opening night
was Tuesday of this week
with the 'Odd. Couple" -a
great opener since it is
always so enjoyable.
They have three other b ig
ones lined up, also.
• Blyth Summer Festival
starts this Friday with a
play I'm sure most
everyone in Goderich will
want to seethe "Huron
•Tiger", an often hilarious
play bringing to life the
legend of the
outrageously eccentric
founder of Goderich:.
'Tiger'Dunlop.
So few in this town
really know the story qf
this famous nan, • the
histork-of-trur---town, and-
the funny side of life with
our • neighbours in the
area round us. On this
theme, in 1967, Mr. Jack
McLaren wrote a
fabulous play for the.
contennialyear and there
good attendance. I'm
sure you -who were there
enjoyed it thoroughly hut
I often wish we could do it
again for our many,
many new folk living in
our area. Wouldn't you;
too; enjoy -it again7In the
meantime go and enjoy,
"The Huron Tiger".
Keith Roulston, of
Blyth, is becoming quite
famous now for his very
humorous plays. Last
year, -"The Shortest
Distance Between Two
Points," had them falling
out of their seats -and
now., "Hi's Own Boss"
which opens July 11, is
reported to be just as
funny. Get your tickets
right away for these
plays.°
